Full-Priced Items: Items purchased at full price can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or gift card.
Sale Items: Items marked as sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must not carry any scents or residues from perfume, deodorant, cosmetics, or washing powder.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
